I called Kohles & Bach to get a second opinion on replacing an A/C unit. The service manager came out, provided an estimate and was very helpful in explaining everything to me. While I ultimately decided to stick with the company I have an existing relationship with as the bids were essentially the same, I would return to Kohles & Bach any time. He educated my husband and I on what he was doing and then explained the estimate. He finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned the fireplace. The fireplace looks wonderful. When he left he took all of his garbage with him and there was absolutely no mess. I would recommend Brandon anytime.

When doing a spring check of my air conditioning system I got a "service" message on the thermostat screen. I called Kohles and Bach who had installed the unit last summer. They sent the technician Dave out the same day, he diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and fixed the system a day later. Such prompt and professional service is amazing! Thanks to K&B and Dave.

We were really pleased with Phil. He was able to clean and relight our older gas fireplace. We have only been in Johnston for 3 months and didn't know how to operate the fireplace correctly. He was invaluable! Very knowledgeable about our older unit, plus advised cost to replace, if it becomes necessary. Felt like we made a friend by the time he left.
